Secure Payments with Paypal
All payment of goods will be taken by a secure third party handling facility. Our shop uses Paypal to process payments from either your existing Paypal account or a valid credit or debit card. Paypal use only the highest SSL security – so you can be confident that your payment information is secure and safe.

We can also take credit card payments by phone. Please ring 01424 552317 during office hours.

Currencies and VAT
Sales are conducted in British Pounds denoted by the Pound symbol (£) and euros denoted by the euro symbol (€)
We are VAT registered  and  VAT (15.00%) is included in the cost of those products that are VAT ratable. Our VAT Registration Number is shown below.

Contract
You will receive an e-mail to confirm that you have placed an order with us. This does not yet imply a contract of sale.

A contract exists between us when we e-mail you that your order status is “completed”.  At this point we have accepted your order and are prepared to ship the goods.

Please ensure you supply a correct and current e-mail address as our agreement will be concluded by e-mail and you agree to this method as a durable medium for the contract.

NB. We note that some spam email filters are placing order confirmations and completed notifications in “Bulk E-mail” or “spam” folders or even bounce back because our e-mails are generated automatically. You agree to take reasonable measures to ensure that our e-mails can be delivered to your account. In any event of non-delivery or if you would like a like a formal receipt – please e-mail info@shoecharms.co.uk

Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from shoecharms.co.uk is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery
We offer free second class delivery on all items to the UK or you can choose first class delivery for £1 or special delivery for £6.90. Delivery to elsewhere in Europe costs £1.75 and £2.50 for the rest of the world. In the normal course of business we aim to despatch your parcel within one working day of you placing your order. Please allow extra time for delivery in busier periods. We use first or second class post for items posted within the UK and airmail for items posted to countries outside the UK.

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you should receive any of our shoe charms with a fault we will either replace the shoe charm or offer a full refund where the first option is not available.

You agree that a full refund is the limitation of our liability to you with regards to any of the shoe charm products we resell on our site.

You agree that any other type of claim or complaint with regards to the individual products will be taken up directly with the makers of the products.

Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel any order without reason within 7 days of placing your order. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity by emailing info@shoecharms.co.uk

We accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Any returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your goods.

If we have already shipped your order, and you have taken delivery, you agree that you will be responsible for any costs associated in returning the goods to us. Returned goods must be received in an “as new” and unused condition for a refund to be applied. We recommend you obtain a free proof of posting with any returns.
